3 Cans of Chili Beans
2 Cans of Black Beans
1 10oz can red enchilda sauce
1 4oz can of diced Jalepenos
1 4oz can diced green chiles
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium white onion
taco seasoning
2 tbs of dry mustard
2 cans chopped garlic seasoned tomatoes
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1. Chop up onion and saute about 7 mins with salt and pepper
2. Add beef to same pan as onions. Add Taco Seasoning to taste, usually about 2.5 Tbs. Cook through
3. Open and combine all cans and seasonings into pot. Add cooked beef/onions to pot. Add more taco seasoning if desired. Leave in fridge overnight to marinate if possible.
4. Heat and serve.
